New first floor over existing. New patio door to south elevation. Internal adaptations to suit.

7 To consider any new planning applications received since the preparation of this Agenda.

8 To receive a report from the Clerk on planning decisions taken by this Committee and Chichester District Council since the last meeting. Copy attached for Members. This will not be read out but a copy is available from the Clerk.

9. Enforcement Enquiries To receive any further information on the following enforcement enquiries and receive an update on any new enquiries.

a. EW/05/00216/CONCOM West Sussex Bakery. Awaiting retrospective planning for COU to Bistro.

b. EWB/06/00212/CONMHC Stubcroft Farm, Stubcroft Lane. Query use of site by caravans.

c. EWB/05/00265/CONCOM Church Farm Residential Home. Building of perimeter wall. Subsequent planning application was refused.

d. 8 Beech Avenue, Bracklesham. Dog breeding query.

10. Planning Committee Vacancy To decide on whether to ask the Council to fill this vacancy or wait until after the election in May.

11. Urgent matters that the Chairman wishes to bring to the attention of the Committee
