4.1 EWB/06/05640/FUL Simon Cooper Land And Development Land East Of 32 Middleton Close
Erection of 11 residential dwellings and all associated infrastructure. Mix to consist of 4, 3, 2 and 1 bed houses.
4.2 186 Stocks Lane - to receive any further planning application for this site.
5. Urgent matters that the Chairman wishes to bring to the attention of the Council.
