3. Minutes of the Committee meeting held on 8 March 2007.

4. Matters arising from the last Committee meeting not included elsewhere on the agenda.

6. Decisions to be taken at this meeting:

EWB/07/00831/DOM 10 Charlmead East Wittering
Roof conversion including dormers, front extension and erection of outbuilding to house 2 no. bedrooms and shower room.

7 To consider any new planning applications received since the preparation of this Agenda.

8 To receive a report from the Clerk on planning decisions taken by this Committee and Chichester District Council since the last meeting. Copy attached for Members. This will not be read out but a copy is available from the Clerk.

9. Enforcement Enquiries To receive any further information on the following enforcement enquiries and receive an update on any new enquiries.

a. EWB/06/00212/CONMHC Stubcroft Farm, Stubcroft Lane. Query use of site by caravans.

b. EWB/05/00265/CONCOM Church Farm Residential Home. Building of perimeter wall. Subsequent planning application was refused.

c. 8 Beech Avenue, Bracklesham. Dog breeding query.
