6.1 EWB/07/00746/DOM 3 Longlands Road EW. New boundary wall, refurbish dwelling and garage, refenestration.
6.2 EWB/07/01222/DOM 10 Barton Way Bracklesham Bay
Side extension and front extension both incorporating rooms within the roof, new dormers to rear, rooflights, solar panels and alteration to garage to form store/plant room.
6.3 EWB/07/01311/DOM Rayan 35 Oakfield Avenue EW Single storey rear extension.
6.4. EWB/07/01628/DOM 27 Furzefield EW
Proposed 2 storey side extension and change of use of loft to habitable space.
6.5 EWB/07/01655/FUL Little Thatch And Clover Thatch 37 Shore Road EW
Terrace of 4 no. houses.

7 To consider any new planning applications received since the preparation of this Agenda.

8 To receive a report from the Clerk on planning decisions taken by this Committee and Chichester District Council since the last meeting. Copy attached for Members. This will not be read out but a copy is available from the Clerk.

9. Enforcement Enquiries To receive any further information on the following enforcement enquiries and receive an update on any new enquiries.
9.1 EWB/06/00212/CONMHC Stubcroft Farm, Stubcroft Lane. Use of site by caravans. 26.3.07 CDC reported a Planning Contravention Notice has been issued.
9.2 EWB/05/00265/CONCOM Church Farm Residential Home. Building of perimeter wall. 26.3.07 CDC reported subsequent planning application was refused. LPA is in negotiation with BUPA Care Services who run the home to agree a scheme of works that would overcome the breach of planning control.
9.3 EWB/06/00339/CONHH Green Tiles 8 BeechAvenue, Bracklesham. Dog breeding query. 26.3.07 CDC reported that a report has been prepared for the attention of Head of Service recommending that a notice is served with view to a material change of use at the property.
