12 Finance
12.1 Statement of current financial position - copy provided to Councillors before meeting.
12.2 Bank reconciliation approval by Chairman.
12.3 Accounts for payment - copy to be provided to Councillors before meeting.
12.4 To consider a proposal to increase the Handyman’s working hours by an extra 4 hours a week until 30th September 2007 as last year.

13. Code of Conduct.
To resolve:
13.1 That pursuant to Section 51 of the Local Government Act 2000 the Council adopts the Code of Conduct for members and co-opted members set out in Appendix 2 in the attached report in place of the existing code with immediate effect; and

13.2 That the General Principles of Conduct be annexed to the replacement Code.

14. Standing Orders
To accept the draft Standing Orders as presented by Cllr. Dobbin at the April 2007 meeting based on recommendations from National Association of Local Councils.
