7 Finance
7.1 Statement of current financial position - copy provided to Councillors before meeting.
7.2 Bank reconciliation approval by Chairman.
7.3 To agree the maintenance fee for Bracklesham Park as recommended by the Working Group.
7.4 Accounts for payment - copy to be provided to Councillors before meeting.
7.5 Approval of the draft financial statements for 2006-07 - Councillors have already received a copy of the draft Annual Accounts.
8. New Councillors Course
To ratify the decision to send three new Councillors on a specially arranged SALC New Councillor course at Bosham on 11 June at a cost of £50 each.
9. Mobile Phone Mast. To receive a recommendation from the Planning Committee to adopt the following policy for all current and future applications:
‘The Parish Council does not feel there is sufficient guarantee for the health of people near the site of mobile phone masts or that there is conclusive evidence that there are no adverse health issues relating to mobile phone masts. It is therefore unable to approve these sites. This decision is made after hearing responses from the parishioners, the fact that after about 30 years studies have revealed that there is clear evidence that electricity pylons affect health and in recent years the effect of asbestos on the human body which was previously unknown or denied’.
10. To receive a letter from East Wittering Women’s Institute suggesting improvements to the village.
11. Website. To consider the options for Council website.
12. Chichester Observer coverage - to receive a report from the Clerk.
13. Football Pavilion - to discuss the renewal of the licence which expires on 20 August.
14 Community Facilities in Bracklesham Update on provision of Community Facilities.
15. Public Conveniences - Marine Drive Car Park
To receive letters regarding the concerns over the limited access to these facilities.

17 Street Light Report from Mr. Breeze
18. Christmas Lights Working Party. To receive an update on progress and any items for consideration.
19. Espace To note the brief update from the Manhood Peninsula Project Co-ordinator and an invitation to the public to attend the first review of the Action Plan at 9.30am on 17 July at Earnley Concourse.
20. Fit for the Future To consider requesting a speaker from West Sussex PCT to address the 13 September meeting.
21. Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE) - to receive an invitation to attend a skills seminar on the Planning System on Tuesday 2nd October.
