Minutes of the Extraordinary meeting of the Parish Council held on
23 July 2007 at 7pm in the Lecture Room, Fire Station, Oakfield Road.

07.124 Minutes of the last meeting
The minutes of the meeting held on 12 July 2007 were confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.
07.125 Community Facilities in Bracklesham
07.125.1 On a proposal by Cllr. Main, seconded by Cllr. Chaloner the Council agree to delegate power to make non financial decisions to a minimum of two members of the agreed Working Party where such decisions could delay the progress of the project if a full Council meeting were required.
07.125.2 To receive a letter requesting the use of the balance of the fund already given to the BBCA for use towards legal representation. Proposed by Cllr. Lambert, seconded by Cllr. Becker the Council agreed that the cost of the Bracklesham Bay Community Association’s legal representation in relation to the lease for the community building can be found from the balance of the fund that was given to the BBCA for payment of the architect’s fee.
07.125.3 The Council unanimously agreed the comments from the Working Party on the play facilities and the tender arrangements.
