Change of use from storage to physiotherapy studio.
6.2. EWB/07/03104/FUL Russex Limited 8 Admiralty Row The Parade East Wittering
Two storey extension to side to form ground floor flat with extra accommodation for main house at first floor.
6.3. EWB/07/02754/FUL Olivier Picard, 6 New Parade Shore Road EW. New shopfront to retail shop.

Amendments to previous planning permission EWB/06/02253/DOM. Additional permission requested for two more identical dormers in existing/old roof space to be sited next to previously permitted dormers, high level windows on the east and west elevation to be fixed and obscured glass.

9. Enforcement Enquiries To receive any further information on the following enforcement enquiries and receive an update on any new enquiries.
9.1 Stubcroft Farm, Stubcroft Lane, E. Wittering - unauthorised building. Awaiting public enquiry.
9.2 EWB/05/00265/CONCOM Church Farm Residential Home. Building of perimeter wall. 26.3.07 CDC reported subsequent planning application was refused. LPA is in negotiation with BUPA Care Services who run the home to agree a scheme of works that would overcome the breach of planning control.
9.3 EWB/06/00339/CONHH Green Tiles 8 Beech Avenue, Bracklesham. Dog breeding query. 26.3.07 CDC reported that a report has been prepared for the attention of Head of Service recommending that a notice is served with view to a material change of use at the property.
9.4 Itte, West Bracklesham Drive. Query on materials, windows and doors.
