7 Finance
7.1 Statement of current financial position - copy provided to Councillors before meeting.
7.2 Bank reconciliation approval by Chairman.
7.3 Accounts for payment - copy to be provided to Councillors before meeting.
7.4 To agree new members allowances (ref. minute 06.143).
7.5 Parish Council noticeboard insurance claim (outside Footworks).

8. Policing
8.1 To receive information on the reorganisation of our Policing Teams.
8.2 An introduction to our new Community Warden, Declan Moody.

9. Risk Assessments
To receive information from the Clerk on re-assessments and new regulations.

10. Church of the Assumption To receive an update on the condition/improvement of the closed graveyard.

11. Website. To receive an update.

12. Football Pavilion - to receive an update on the new licence/licencee and to agree regular inspection dates.

13. Bracklesham Park
13.1 To receive details of the community building planning application & cost.
13.2 To agree on provision of litter bin/s.

14 Street Light
14.1 Report from Mr. Breeze
14.2 To agree the new ‘footway lighting’ agreement for the Parish columns maintenance.
14.3 To receive information on the removal of the disconnected old col. 3 Peerley Road.
14.4 To consider upgrading Col. 1, Coney Six.

15. Temporary Road Closure for Covers Cross Country Run between 10am and 12 noon on Sunday 14 October, 2007

16. Mobile Phone Mast. To receive information on an initial enquiry letter regarding a T-mobile base station on the corner of Cakeham Road/Stocks Lane, adjacent to The Royal Oak.
17. Christmas Lights Working Party. To receive an update on progress and any items for consideration.

18. Youth Club To receive a letter from the Youth Worker in Charge regarding the planned residential trip.

19. Fit for the Future
To receive further information on the Support St. Richard’s campaign.

20 To receive a consultation document on Gypsy and Traveller caravan sites in West Sussex.

21 Parish Council Office
Information from the Clerk and the Chairman regarding the office.

22. To receive information on the Annual Parishes Meeting.

23 To confirm a revised date of 18th October for the next Council meeting.

24. Urgent matters that the Chairman wishes to bring to the attention of the Council.
