6. Decisions to be taken at this meeting:

6.1 EWB/07/04485/DOM Mrs J Guano 10 Marineside Bracklesham. Proposed balcony structure (Re-submission of application 06/02475/DOM).

6.2. EWB/07/04486/DOM Mrs J Gruttenden 73 Marineside Bracklesham. Proposed Balcony Structure (Re-submission of application 06/02473/DOM).

6.3. EWB/07/04069/DOM Jan Stevens Shore House East Bracklesham Drive Bracklesham
2 no. new windows to east elevation and extension of balcony.

7. To consider any new planning applications received since the preparation of this Agenda.

8. To receive a report from the Clerk on planning decisions taken by this Committee and Chichester District Council since the last meeting. Copy attached for Members. This will not be read out but a copy is available from the Clerk.

9. Enforcement Enquiries

To receive any further information on the following enforcement enquiries and receive an update on any new enquiries.

9.1 Stubcroft Farm, Stubcroft Lane, E. Wittering - unauthorised building. Awaiting public enquiry.

9.2 Stubcroft Farm, unauthorised use of camping site for over 5 caravans.

9.3 EWB/05/00265/CONCOM Church Farm Residential Home. Building of perimeter wall. 26.3.07 CDC reported subsequent planning application was refused. LPA is in negotiation with BUPA Care Services who run the home to agree a scheme of works that would overcome the breach of planning control.

9.4 EWB/06/00339/CONHH Green Tiles 8 Beech Avenue, Bracklesham. Dog breeding query. 26.3.07 CDC reported that a report has been prepared for the attention of Head of Service recommending that a notice is served with view to a material change of use at the property.

10. Urgent matters that the Chairman wishes to bring to the attention of the Committee
