8.1 Statement of current financial position - copy provided to Councillors before meeting.
8.2 Bank reconciliation approval by Chairman.

8.4 Parish Council noticeboard insurance claim (outside Footworks).
9. Bracklesham Park
To receive an update on the community facilities.
10 Highways
10.1 Street Lights Report from Mr. Breeze
10.2 Manhood Parishes Road Safety Group meeting - to receive a report on the meeting
10.4 Parking - to consider reducing the bus stops to one on the southern side of the village centre only.
11. The Foreshore Office To receive concerns about the limited safety coverage for Bracklesham and East Wittering beaches.
12. Christmas
12.1 Christmas Lights Working Party - to receive an update on progress and any items for consideration.
13. Fit for the Future
To receive further information on the Support St. Richard’s campaign.
18 Parish Council Office
Information from the Clerk and the Chairman regarding the office.
11 Parish Council Meeting - January.¬
As the second Thursday falls early in the month which will necessitate distribution of Agenda uring New Year week the Clerk requests that the meeting be put back to Thursday 17 January.
19. Urgent matters that the Chairman wishes to bring to the attention of the Council.
