7. To receive an update from PCSOs Rosemary Bainbridge and Ann Bromley.
8. Youth Club - to receive a report from the Youth Leader in Charge, Dean Miles, on past and future activities.

9.1 Statement of current financial position - copy provided to Councillors before meeting.
9.2 Bank reconciliation approval by Chairman.
9.3 Accounts for payment - copy to be provided to Councillors before meeting.
9.4 To consider employing a part time office assistant before the next financial year.
9.5 To agree a budget and precept for 2008/9.
10. Bracklesham Park To receive an update on the community facilities.

11.1 Street Lights Report from Mr. Breeze.
11.2 To request Piggery Hall Lane and Church Road be included in gritting programme.

Christmas Lights Working Party - to receive an update on progress and any items for consideration.
