3. Minutes of the Council’s meeting held on 13 November, 2008.

4. Matters arising from the last Council meeting on 13 November not included elsewhere on the agenda.

5. Public Questions.

6. Reports from District and County Councillors.

7. Finance.

7.1 Statement of current financial position – copy provided to Councillors before meeting.
7.2 Bank reconciliation approval by Chairman.
7.3 Accounts for payment – copy to be provided to Councillors before meeting.
7.4 To consider the Clerk’s annual salary review backdated to 1 April 2008.
7.5 To consider the Assistant to the Clerk’s annual salary review from 1 April 2009.

8. Parish Council Vacancy – to consider applications for the vacancy.

9. Booker Green.
9.1 To receive information on the renewal of the lease.
9.2 To receive two separate requests to donate towards a memorial seat on Booker Green.

10. Street Lights.
To confirm the Parish’s intent to join the Private Finance Initiative to maintain the Parish’s street lights at a cost of £30 per column. (ref. minute 07.138.2).

11. Planning
11.1 Chichester District Council Core Strategy Document. To receive details of a new Core Strategy (Development Plan Document) for the District for consultation.

11.2 Affordable Housing in E. Wittering. To receive a request for comments on initial proposals to develop the Piggery Hall Lane depot for affordable housing for those with local connections.

12 NHS Strategic Commission Plan (SCP). To receive a consultation document.

13. Downview Public Open Space.

13.1 Football Pavilion repairs – update.
13.2 Football Club application to the Woodger Trust.

14. Bracklesham Park.

14.1 To receive an update on the provision of community facilities.
14.2 To receive information on the insurance for the Park and facilities.
14.3 To discuss the Lottery application and legal and financial matters.
14.4 To sign the Deed of Covenant for Bracklesham Park.
14.5 To receive a request from the CDC Manhood Wildlife Project Officer to continue ditch management on the southern boundary.
14.6 To agree to purchase seating for Bracklesham Park.

15. Christmas Lights Working Party. To receive an update on progress and any items for consideration.

16. Twinning. Cllr. R. Lowe to update.

17. Parish Council Office. Any information from the Clerk and the Chairman regarding the office.

18. Urgent matters that the Chairman wishes to bring to the attention of the Council.
