3. Minutes of the Council’s meeting held on 12 May and Extraordinary Meeting held on

4. Matters arising from the last two Council meetings not included elsewhere on the agenda(7.10pm)

5. Public Questions. (7.15pm)

6. Reports from District and County Councillors. (7.20pm)

7. Finance.
7.1 Statement of current financial position – copy provided to Councillors before meeting. (7.25pm)
7.2 Bank reconciliation approval by Councillor Main. (7.30pm)
7.3 Accounts for payment – copy to be provided to Councillors before meeting. (7.32pm)
7.4 Approval of the draft financial statements for 2007-08 – Councillors have already received a copy of the draft Annual Accounts. (7.34pm)
7.5 To approve the annual Statement of Assurance in connection with the accounts for the year ended 31st March 2009. (7.36pm)
7.6 To agree to purchase a fireproof safe to store computer back-up files as suggested by the Internal Auditor. (7.38pm)

8. To receive a street light report from Cllr. Breeze.(7.40pm)

9. Christmas Lights. To receive an update from the Working Party. (7.42pm)

10. Annual Parish Meeting. To receive any feedback and debrief on this meeting. (7.45pm)

11. Car Parking. To receive information on car park in the village. (7.50pm)

12. Bracklesham Park.
12.1 To receive an update on the provision of community facilities (8.10pm)
12.2 Information regarding the provision of a litterbin at the MUGA & bridge to Mere Close. (8.15pm)
12.3 To agree location of seats. (8.20pm)
12.4 To agree signatories for any BLF return forms. (8.25pm)
12.5 To discuss any legal and financial matters. (8.30pm)

13. Discretionary Leisure and Rural Play Grant. To receive information from CDC regarding replacing items at Downview Public Open Space playground. (8.35pm)

14. Assistant to the Clerk. To agree contract of Employment – copy circulated to Councillors by email. (8.38pm)

15* Booker Green.
To receive a response from the Booker Trust regarding the future of Booker Green. (8.45pm)

16. Urgent matters that the Chairman wishes to bring to the attention of the Council. (8.50pm)
