9. Car Parking To receive comments from Councillors on the consultation proposals from Chichester District Council. (7.47pm)
10. To receive a letter from local residents regarding loud music from the Trundle Tree on 22 August.(8pm)
11. Police – to receive a response to the Council’s letter of 18.8.09. (8.05pm)
12. Medmerry Managed Realignment. To receive comments for submission to the Environment Agency(8.15pm)
13. Bracklesham Park.
13.1 To receive an update on the provision of community facilities (8.25pm)
13.2 Information regarding the provision of a litterbin at the MUGA & bridge to Mere Close. (8.35pm)
13.3 To consider forming a Committee for Bracklesham Park.(8.37pm)
13.4 To discuss any legal and financial matters. (8.40pm)
14. Powers for Parish and Town Councils – to receive information on the Sustainable Communities Act.
15. Traffic problems with West Wittering Beach car park.
16. *Booker Green. To receive a response from the Booker Trust regarding the future of Booker Green. (8.45pm)
17. Urgent matters that the Chairman wishes to bring to the attention of the Council. (8.50pm)
