10 Licensing Act 2003. To receive details of any applications including those received after the preparation of the Agenda. (7.50pm)

11 Traffic Problems
11.1 To received a copy of a letter written to the Highways Agency about the future of the A27 for information. (8pm)
11.2 To receive a response to the letter written to Highways about the access problems due to the large volume of traffic on the west Manhood Peninsula at peak times. (8.05pm)
11.3 To receive a request from a resident for the Council to consider the parking situation on the bends at the western end of Longlands Road. (8.10pm)
12 Flooding
12.1 Medmerry Realignment To receive information from Cllr. Tranchant. (8.15pm)
12.2 Hale Farm Ditch. To receive information from Cllr. Lowe about the recent ditch cleaning by the Environment Agency. (8.20pm)
13. Christmas Lights To receive an update from the Working Group. (8.22pm)
14. Bracklesham Park.
14.1 To receive an update on the provision of community facilities and consider any outstanding matters.(8.27pm)
14.2 To discuss any legal and financial matters. (8.40pm)
15. *Booker Green. To receive a response from the Booker Trust regarding the future of Booker Green. (8.50pm)
16 Parish Office
To receive a request from the Parish Clerk to purchase a new computer using the £500 grant from West Sussex County Council. (9pm).
17. Urgent matters that the Chairman wishes to bring to the attention of the Council. (9.05pm)
