3. Minutes of the Council’s meeting held on 10 December 2009.(6.04pm)
4. Matters arising from the last Council meeting on 10 December not included elsewhere on the agenda. (6.10pm)
5. Public Questions. (6.15pm)
6. Reports from District and County Councillors. (6.20pm)
7. Finance
7.1 Statement of current financial position – copy provided to Councillors before meeting.(6.25pm)
7.2 Bank reconciliation approval by Chairman. (6.27pm)
7.3 Accounts for payment – copy to be provided to Councillors before meeting. (6.29pm)
7.4 To agree a budget and precept for 20010/11. (6.30pm)
8. Standing Orders (7.30pm)
To agree the inclusion of the following item after Clause 56 in the Standing Orders as recommended by the Internal Auditor.
If you have a prejudicial interest in a matter being discussed at the meeting:
a. You must declare that you have a prejudicial interest and the nature of that interest as soon as the interest becomes apparent.
b. You should leave the room unless members of the public are allowed to make representations, give evidence or answer questions about the matter. If this is the case you can also attend the meeting for that purpose.
c. You must leave the room immediately once you have finished speaking, or when the meeting decides that you have finished (if that is earlier).
9. Highways
9.1 Street Lighting. To receive a streetlight report from Cllr. Breeze (7.35pm)
9.2 To receive a response to the letter written to Highways about the access problems due to the large volume of traffic on the west Manhood Peninsula at peak times. (7.38pm).
9.3 To discuss any concerns regarding the affect of the recent weather conditions on Highways. (7.45pm)
10. Christmas Lights. To receive an update from the Working Group. (7.50pm)
11. Manhood Parishes Road Safety Group- notice of meeting 18 January 7pm. (7.55pm)
12. Emergency Planning – update. (7.57pm)
13. *Booker Green. To receive a response from the Booker Trust regarding the future of Booker Green. (8pm)
14. Parish Council Office.
Any information from the Clerk and the Chairman regarding the office.
15. Urgent matters that the Chairman wishes to bring to the attention of the Council.

Any member of the public wishing to comment on any of the above items should advise the Clerk or the Chairman before the meeting.
THE COUNCIL MAY BY RESOLUTION DECIDE TO EXCLUDE THE PRESS AND PUBLIC FROM ANY PART OF THE MEETING.
