3. Minutes of the Council’s meeting held on 14 January 2010.(7.04pm)
4. Matters arising from the last Council meeting on 14 January 2010 not included elsewhere on the agenda. (7.10pm)
5. Public Questions. (7.15pm)
6. Reports from District and County Councillors. (7.20pm)
7. Finance.
7.1 Statement of current financial position – copy provided to Councillors before meeting. (7.25pm)
7.2 Bank reconciliation approval by Chairman. (7.30pm)
7.3 Accounts for payment – copy to be provided to Councillors before meeting. (7.32pm)
8. Annual Parish Meeting – 22 April 2010 (7.35pm)
To discuss improvements to this meeting. Last year the Council was pleased with the turnout at the meeting which they felt was due to the distribution of invitations but agreed that more time must be given to questions from the Parishioners.
9. Highways
9.1 Street Lighting. To receive a streetlight report from Cllr. Breeze (7.45pm)
9.2 To discuss any concerns regarding the effect of the recent weather conditions on Highways. (7.48pm)
9.3 Bracklesham Lane bends between Tile Barn Lane and Bookers Lane – safety. To receive concerns from Cllr. Chaloner. (7.55pm)
10. Library. To receive information on the consultation taking place on the Library service. (8.05pm)
11. Bracklesham Park.
11.1 To receive an update on the provision of community facilities and consider any outstanding matters.(8.15pm)
11.2 To discuss any legal and financial matters. (8.25pm)
12. *Booker Green. To receive a response from the Booker Trust regarding the future of Booker Green. (8.35pm)
13. Parish Council Office.
Any information from the Clerk and the Chairman regarding the office. (8.40pm)
14. Urgent matters that the Chairman wishes to bring to the attention of the Council.
