Notice of a meeting of the Bracklesham Park Committee
to be held on Thursday 27 May 2010 at 7pm
in the Parish Council Office, 12 Wittering Walk, East Wittering
AGENDA
1. Apologies for absence.
2. To agree the minutes of the meeting held on 12 January 2010.
3. Byelaws. To agree final draft byelaws for submission to the Secretary of State.
4. To re-consider the name of the Centre as requested by the Parish Council.
5. To consider the Terms of Reference in respect of the Management Committee.
6. To agree on floor coverings as provided by the Architect.
7. To give final agreement to the kitchen layout provided by the Architect and Environmental Health Officer in conjunction with the Parish Council and CDC.
8. To agree the Police Room Lease.
9. To discuss the format of the Information Day on 15 September 2010.
10. Urgent matters that the Chairman wishes to bring to the attention of the Committee
