P10.52 Declarations of Interest. None.
P10.53 Minutes of the last meeting.
The minutes of the meeting held on 17 May 2010 were confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.
P10.54 Matters Arising from the last meeting. At Cllr. Lambert’s request the Clerk clarified the enforcement terms regarding the stables and caravans north of The Hawthorns, Bracklesham Lane.
P10.55 Public Questions. Two members of the public raised concern over application no. EWB/10/00552/FUL, 6 Oakfield Avenue and that the Parish Council had not taken into account the objections from local residents. Proposed by Cllr. Main, seconded by Cllr. Lambert the Committee agreed that if the District Council permits it will re-open this matter at its next meeting.
P10.56 New Planning Applications.
The Committee had NO OBJECTION to the following applications:
P10 .56.1 EWB/10/01887/DOM Mr A Ockwell Amalfi 11 Solent Road East Wittering
Demolition of existing garage and conservatory; construction of new single storey side and rear extension and attached garage.
P10.56.2 EWB/10/01748/DOM Mr And Mrs Petrov 31 Barton Way Bracklesham. Substitute plans and amended description.
Single storey rear extension, rear dormer and 2 no. bay pitch roof detached garage.
The Committee OBJECTED to the following application:
P10.56.3 EWB/10/01956/DOM Mr & Mrs J & C Woods Itte West Bracklesham Drive Bracklesham
Front, rear and side 2 storey extension with internal remodelling to existing dwelling. Reason: Object to height of the proposed building. If brought down to same height at St. Catherine’s, next door, the Parish Council will withdraw its objection.
The date and venue of the next meeting of the Planning Committee will be posted on Parish
noticeboards.
