6. Police. To receive a report from PCSO Rose Bainbridge (7.20pm).

7. Highway Safety. To receive a detailed briefing from Mr.Andy Ekinsmyth, Service Manager-Transport in WSCC, regarding the various matters raised in relation to safety at the school in Stocks Lane, and in Church Road near St.Peters Church. (7.25pm).

8. Reports from District and County Councillors. (7.45pm)


9. Finance.


9.1 Statement of current financial position – copy provided to Councillors before meeting. (7.50pm)

9.2 Bank reconciliation approval. (7.52pm)

9.4 Approval of the draft financial statements for 2009-10 – Councillors have already received a copy of the draft Annual Accounts. (8pm)

10. Street Lights. To receive a streetlight report from Cllr. Breeze (8.20pm)


11. CDC Consultation on new Grants and Concessions Policy To consider a response. (8.25pm).

13. Bracklesham Park.

13.1 To receive an update on the provision of community facilities and consider any outstanding matters from the Bracklesham Park Committee.(8.30pm).
