HomeBuy affordable housing event in Chichester

Moat is holding a HomeBuy event at the Council House in Chichester on Saturday 25 Fenruary between 11am and 3pm.
The event is designed to allow people to come and talk to Moat about their housing options and the affordable housing schemes that is on offer. Moat is able to provide assistance to first time buyers who live or work in Sussex and who would not be able to afford a property on their own in the area in which they need to live. In certain circumstances, Moat can help people who currently own a property which is no longer suitable for their needs.
There will be representatives from a variety of housing associations and developers attending on the day to provide details about affordable homes in the area. A mortgage advisor will also be present on the day to offer free, independent financial advice relating to HomeBuy (a government assisted housing scheme).
