6.1 EWB/07/02504/FUL Mr C Kings St Martins West Bracklesham Drive Bracklesham
Demolition of bungalow and erection of 2 no. houses.
6.2. EWB/07/02587/DOM Mr And Mrs J Stevens, Driftwood 1 First Avenue Bracklesham
Proposed change of use of existing roof space to form habitable accommodation and installation of rooflights.
6.3 EWB/07/02067/FUL Rawliegh Homes Group 4 Kingfisher Parade East Wittering
Alteration and extension of existing building to form 6 no. flats with retail at ground floor.
6.4 EWB/07/02158/TEL56 Hutchinson 3G (UK) Ltd Telephone Exchange Stocks Lane
Installation of a radio base station comprising of a 12.5m high telecommunications ‘telegraph pole’, 3 no. antennas within a shroud, 1 no. 200mm diameter transmission dish, radio equipment housing and development ancillary thereto

7. To consider any new planning applications received since the preparation of this Agenda.

8. To receive a report from the Clerk on planning decisions taken by this Committee and Chichester District Council since the last meeting. Copy attached for Members. This will not be read out but a copy is available from the Clerk.

9. Enforcement Enquiries To receive any further information on the following enforcement enquiries and receive an update on any new enquiries.

9.1 EWB/06/00212/CONMHC Stubcroft Farm, Stubcroft Lane. Use of site by caravans. 26.3.07 CDC reported a Planning Contravention Notice has been issued. This is now the subject of a planning application.

9.2 EWB/05/00265/CONCOM Church Farm Residential Home. Building of perimeter wall. 26.3.07 CDC reported subsequent planning application was refused. LPA is in negotiation with BUPA Care Services who run the home to agree a scheme of works that would overcome the breach of planning control.

9.3 EWB/06/00339/CONHH Green Tiles 8 Beech Avenue, Bracklesham. Dog breeding query. 26.3.07 CDC reported that a report has been prepared for the attention of Head of Service recommending that a notice is served with view to a material change of use at the property.

10. Urgent matters that the Chairman wishes to bring to the attention of the Committee
